This was an overall great experience for a date night! The ambiance in the outdoor area by the railing is perfect, and the charcuterie boards with the excellent cocktail selection is really a good time! Recommend for a good night out!

Fabulous little rooftop!! Popped in tonight right before last call. Brandon, our server, was AWESOME!!! In fact, all the staff we spoke to were very welcoming even thought they were about to close. The drinks tasted great and not skimpy on the liquor. We will definitely be back next time we are in town!!!

We had the best time at Republic in Grand. We went for Valentine’s and enjoyed all the food and dessert. My husband started out with their deviled eggs as an appetizer and said they were great. He got their meatloaf for his entree and he loved it. I got the Feb. heart shaped ravioli and absolutely loved it I anted to eat the whole plate but knew I was saving room for the desserts. I wanted all the desserts so tried the dessert board with so many desserts and they were all so yummy! The drink I got was the isn’t she lovely and I would have liked it a little sweeter but it was ok. I also got a glass of wine they were out of Moscato so our server suggested a dessert wine and she said if I didn’t like it she could get me something else, but it was a great wine. Overall it was a wonderful time.

Amazing food! Great for date night or any get-together. Try the shrimp and handmade gnocchi for dinner, highly recommended.

Excellent views, service, food, and drink! They have one half that's open with great views of the city. Located on the 6th floor. Parking was easy. Here on a work trip. We came here every night for a final. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful restaurant with great views! Great date “experience”. Parking is the only downfall if I’m being honest, however, there is a parking garage almost across the street (1 per hour) that was very convenient. The appetizers were delicious and our waitress was very attentive. Highly recommend!
